How orders, returns, and the rest of it actually work. Last updated January 2026.
These terms apply to anything you order or reserve from goodvibeply.bond, whether through our website, by email, or in person at the studio. Placing an order means you've read and accepted them.
Everything we sell is hand-thrown. Colour, weight, and finish vary slightly between pieces — that's not a flaw, it's the point. Listing photos are representative, not literal.
An order is confirmed once we email you back, usually within one working day. Pre-orders are tied to specific firing dates listed on the product page. If a firing fails (it happens — fire is honest), we'll refund or remake at your choice.
Prices are in Euros, including Portuguese VAT for EU customers. Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept all major cards and SEPA transfers for commissions over €500.
We ship via CTT Expresso (Portugal & EU) and DHL (rest of world). Most pieces leave the studio within 5 working days. Larger or pre-order items follow the timeline shown at checkout.
If your piece arrives broken, send a photo within 7 days and we'll either remake it or refund you in full. Outside of that, we accept returns within 14 days for non-commission pieces in original condition. Commissioned work is final.
All stoneware is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. Avoid thermal shock (don't put a frozen bowl into a hot oven). Glazes deepen with use — that's a feature.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Porto.
